On our AI funding page, you can complete a funding check or request a free initial consultation. We process the data provided (including company name, contact person, contact details, company size, region and details of your funding needs) solely for the purpose of assessing funding eligibility and preparing the initial consultation. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time with effect for the future.

Individual funding programs require special information - for example, whether participants have a severe disability, whether insolvency proceedings are pending, or the amount of de minimis aid received. Where this constitutes special categories of personal data (Art. 9 GDPR), we record it in the funding check only as a neutral yes/no entry without further detail and solely on the basis of your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR), exclusively to assess your funding eligibility. Only you and our team responsible for funding advice receive the result with your details; it will not be passed on to third parties without your separate consent.

Google Ads conversion tracking (only with consent)

If you have consented via our cookie banner, we use Google Ads conversion tracking provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. After a click on one of our ads it measures whether defined actions (e.g. a booking or a contact request) took place. We use Google Consent Mode v2; the legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Sec. 25(1) German TDDDG). Data may be transferred to the USA; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

Without your consent, no Google marketing scripts are loaded, no advertising cookies are set and no data is transmitted to Google.

Audience measurement with Umami (no cookies)

To analyse how our website is used, we run the open-source software Umami on our own server in Germany (Hetzner Online GmbH, Nuremberg). Umami sets no cookies and stores no information on your device. It records the page visited, the referring page, browser type, operating system, device type, screen resolution, language and country of origin. Your IP address is not stored; together with other technical attributes and a random value that changes daily it is reduced to an identifier from which you cannot be identified, so recognition across several days is impossible.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in analysing and improving our services (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). As no information on your device is accessed, no consent under Sec. 25 German TDDDG is required. The data is not shared with third parties and not transferred to third countries. If your browser sends the "Do Not Track" setting, your visit is not recorded.

You have the right at any time to obtain free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients, and the purpose of the data processing, as well as a right to rectification or erasure of this data.
