What if the timeline is missed?
That is what the delivery guarantee covers: if the system is not live within the agreed timeframe, we keep working free of charge - the fixed price stays fixed.
Which data sources can the system use?
Website content, PDFs, REST APIs, databases, CRM systems, and more - depending on the package. XS works with your website content; XL integrates up to five systems.
Is data-sovereign hosting available?
Yes, for +15% on setup and support: hosting in German data centers (STACKIT, Telekom), GDPR-compliant, no US Cloud Act. On-premise operation is also possible for platform products such as KI MEMORY.
Do I have to sign a service contract afterwards?
No. The KI-PARTNER managed service is optional (from €499/month, one-month minimum term, cancelable monthly). Without it your system keeps running - just without updates for model or compliance changes.
